About the a2 Milk Class Action

Seeking compensation for eligible a2 Milk shareholders who allegedly suffered losses as a result of the

significant decline in the value of a2 Milk shares between August 2020 and May 2021.

The a2 Milk Class Action is a shareholder class action against The a2 Milk Company Limited.

It seeks compensation for eligible a2 Milk shareholders who allegedly suffered losses as a result of the significant decline in the value of a2 Milk shares between approximately August 2020 and May 2021.

In summary, it is alleged that as a result of a2’s misleading or deceptive forecasts and its failure to withdraw or correct them in a timely manner, shareholders were not given accurate information about the Company’s ability to meet its revenue forecasts, which hindered their ability to make informed decisions as to whether to purchase, retain or sell shares in a2 Milk.

The a2 Milk Class Action is open to all shareholders who:

  1. acquired shares in a2 Milk at any time during the period 19 August 2020 to 9 May 2021; or

  2. acquired shares in a2 Milk before the period above, and continued to hold some or all of those shares for part or all of that period; or

  3. fall into both of the above categories.

Shares may have been purchased/sold on either the NZX or ASX stock exchanges.
